Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week
Pay: Hourly - $38 and up (depending on experience)

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is actively hiring for two Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teachers to join a dynamic team in Olathe for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, youll be responsible for supporting students with hearing impairments, ensuring they receive the tailored instruction and resources needed to succeed in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct instruction to students with hearing loss
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to promote student growth
  • Track student progress and make adjustments to instructional approaches as necessary

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Deaf Education or a related field
  • Kansas DHH teaching certification required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students is ideal
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
