Our client, a boutique law firm with offices throughout New England, has an immediate need for an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Wellesley.

 

Our candidate of choice will bring four to seven years of experience in insurance defense and/or tort litigation. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required along with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct depositions and attend court conferences
  • Draft pleadings and legal documents
  • Interact with clients and insurance adjusters
  • Negotiate settlements effectively
  • Demonstrate proactive case management and strategic planning

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Juris Doctor (Required)
  • Massachusetts Bar License (Required)
  • 4-7 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in insurance defense and/or tort litigation (Required)
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive
