Responsibilities of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to:

  • Clean and organize work areas.
  • Maintain painted lines within shop.
  • Inspect housekeeping daily.
  • Clean outside common areas.
  • Remove trash twice daily.
  • Inspect certain safety equipment.
  • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
     

Qualifications of the Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to:

  • Prior forklift experience required.

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Working Conditions: Shop environment.


Training/Certifications: Training provided.


Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.Occasional overtime.


Travel: N/A.


Education: High School or GED .
