Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. This includes working with 3 Phase motors, conveyors, presses, and performing electrical troubleshooting (480, 277, 120, and 24V DC). The role also involves PLC and robotics troubleshooting (Fanuc and ABB), hydraulic and pneumatic repair, and other general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting (480, 277, 120, and 24V DC).
  • Troubleshoot PLC and robotics (Fanuc and ABB).
  • Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
Essential Skills
  • Industrial maintenance experience (3-5 years preferred).
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Multi-skilled in electrical (480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates considered if degreed.
  • 10 years of experience required if no degree.
  • PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic knowledge is a plus.
  • Welding (MIG) experience is a plus.
  • Conduit bending experience is a plus.

Work Environment

You will work in a large Tier 1 automotive supplier facility that is highly automated yet maintains a laid-back atmosphere. The facility is non-temperature controlled but is clean and well-lit. Equipment includes robots (Fanuc and ABB), conveyors, pumps, presses, and ovens, with some areas being hot.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VERSAILLES, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
