Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group evaluations to assess students cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior management plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
  • Monitor and track student progress and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss students needs and support services.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Must have an active state School Psychologist License.
  • Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IDEA and Section 504 regulations.
