We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk . In this role, you will be primarily handling tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, data entry, and invoice processing.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining precise customer credit records

• Reviewing and tracking billing documents

• Identifying tenancy changes including move-in and move-out dates

• Checking if vacated units have been re-rented

• Performing account reconciliation tasks

• Processing invoices using software like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Executing data entry tasks with precision

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.

• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy and validity of financial data.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management, including processing payments and documenting expenses.
• Demonstrated skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing clients, receiving payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience in Billing procedures, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly.
• Ability to perform efficient and accurate Data Entry tasks.
• Capability in Invoice Processing, including verifying and posting invoices for payments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis tasks.
• Familiarity with Oracle for managing business applications and database systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks for managing and paying bills, payroll functions, and business payments.
• Knowledge of SAP for business operations and customer relations management.
