About the Role:

ProCare Therapy is delighted to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) position in Minnetonka, MN. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced SLP looking to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Your Impact:

Role: Full-time position working with Minnetonka High School and the SAIL Transition Program.
Setting: Onsite, providing essential speech therapy services to students primarily at the high school level.
Focus: Addressing a variety of speech and language needs for up to 45 students, with additional support for elementary evaluation overflow.

What You'll Do:

Therapy Services: Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to the needs of high school students, and assist with elementary evaluations as needed.
Manage Caseload: Provide dedicated support for students with diverse speech and language challenges.
Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support and effective communication.
Monitor Progress: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
Engage: Conduct effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will start with a warm welcome from students and staff. Mornings will involve delivering personalized therapy sessions at Minnetonka High School, while the afternoon may include additional support for the SAIL Transition Program and handling any overflow from elementary evaluations. Collaboration with teachers and parents during lunch will help you stay on top of student progress and strategies.

What Were Looking For:

Licensure: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in Minnesota.
Experience: Preferred experience in a high school setting; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
