DESKTOP ENGINEER / DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER
LOCATION: ANKENY, IOWA AREA **ONSITE THIS CANNOT BE REMOTE
DIRECT HIRE PERMANENT (Direct Hire PERM) IMMEDIATE HIRE PERMANENT POSITION WITH BENEFITS IMMEDIATELY INCLUDING IMMEDIATE HEALTH INSURANCE. THIS ISN’T A CONTRACT POSITION.
This is a Permanent Direct Hire DESKTOP ENGINEER / DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER position with one of our TECH BASED clients in the Des Moines area up to upper 75K depending on years of experience.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
· Ivanti, Intune, or SCCM, or Airwatch for application deployment. GPO, Powershell, Ivanti, O365, MDM,
· Deploy application install packages for delivery through a software distribution infrastructure (Ivanti/Airwatch/SCCM, etc.)
· Deploy standard Windows desktop images and Support all peripheral support.
· Manage clients using GPO, Powershell, Ivanti, Airwatch, or other specific device management tools for end points
· Manages Office 365 in a cloud environment
· Executes Delivery plans for Mobile Device Management of company owned iOS devices
· Collaborates to manage OS deployment processes using InTune, MDT, or Ivanti
· Troubleshoot advanced endpoint issues
· Hardware evaluation
· Improve Security, service delivery, user experience, and device management processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Analyst or in a similar role.• Proficiency in working with Cisco products.
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Cisco routers.
• Knowledge of IP Telephony is essential.
• Familiarity with Cisco CallManager and Cisco Unity.
• Experience in handling Cisco Voice and Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP).
• Understanding of VoIP and VOIP - Voice Over IP systems.
• Ability to work with VoIP systems.
