Paraprofessional Position

• Hourly Rate: Up to $25 (based on experience)
• Location: Near Wayland, MA
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in educational settings preferred

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate paraprofessional to join our team near Wayland, MA If youre passionate about supporting students and assisting teachers in creating a positive and effective learning environment, wed love to hear from you.

Position Overview:

• Position Type: Contract
• Start Date: Immediate or based on availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in the preparation of materials and classroom setup.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay and pensation:

• Hourly Rate: Up to $25 (based on experience)

• Additional pensation: Available for specialized certifications or significant, relevant experience.
