Senior Payroll Analyst

We are in search of a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team located in Pearland, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll, interacting with various departments on issues related to payroll and individual pay components, as well as coordinating corrective actions as needed. Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare and analyze payroll reports, performing validation before and after payroll processing.

• Collaborate with departments such as Payroll, Compensation, Finance, and Benefits to address and resolve payroll and pay component related issues.

• Process special payrolls on a regular basis, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Utilize systems like ADP - Payroll, Ceridian Payroll System, and Microsoft Excel to perform payroll tasks and maintain records.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Utilize mathematical skills to handle complex calculations related to payroll processing.

• Interpret and apply knowledge of Excel Formulas for efficient data management and report generation.

• Coordinate with the Payroll Manager and HR staff members for any corrective actions required.

• Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll records and reports.

• Eight years of experience in financial and payroll positions

• Certification as a Payroll Professional (CPP) is highly desired

• Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll is essential

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas

• Experience with Ceridian Payroll System is necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
