Overview:

A well-established contracting company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and enhance the performance of our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, implement strategies to maximize revenue, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a commitment to driving brand growth and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
    • Foster a high-performing team culture with clear goals, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Generation and Strategic Development
    • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor market trends to refine strategies and explore new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Budget and Financial Management
    • Create and manage sales and marketing budgets in alignment with company goals.
    • Track and control expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize ROI.
  • Process and Project Management
    • Optimize sales and marketing workflows for efficiency and consistent quality.
    • Ensure all client estimates are reviewed for accuracy, maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Relationship Building and Partner Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with advertising and media partners to align with marketing goals.
    • Oversee client outreach, maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing Strategy and Content Development
    • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across diverse channels to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Manage and build a skilled marketing team responsible for creating compelling content and boosting digital presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing management roles within the contracting, roofing, or siding industries.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the roofing, siding, or contracting industries.
