The Shift Manager will oversee operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

Shift Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of fast food restaurant leadership experience
  • Lead and manage shifts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards
  • Train and supervise crew members, providing guidance and support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and shift planning
  • Communicate with other managers to maintain consistent operations
  • Handle safety, security, and profitability during assigned shifts
