Supply Chain Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Engage in supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms and prices
• Administer supplier accounts to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee supply chain logistics to guarantee efficient and timely delivery of products
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strategic planning
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to keep them informed and involved
• Handle contracts and ensure all specifications are met
• Use digital tools and computer hardware to optimize supply chain management
• Demonstrate leadership skills in managing operations and quality control
• Implement strategic goals to drive sustainable growth
• Ensure security protocols are upheld in all supply chain processes
• Source necessary materials and products for the operation, maintaining a balance between cost-effectiveness and quality
• Conduct HR administration duties as required.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in operations within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable understanding of quality control processes
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) administration
• Ability to handle and manage contracts effectively
• Practical knowledge of About Time software for project management
• Skilled in pricing strategies and cost analysis
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams
• Knowledge of security protocols within supply chain management
• Expertise in negotiation with vendors and suppliers
• Comfortable with digital tools and technology in supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders at different levels
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers efficiently
• Proficient in developing and understanding specifications for products
• Broad knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Capable of providing effective oversight on supply chain processes
• Experience in supply chain logistics and distribution
• Strong sourcing skills with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery
• Basic understanding of computer hardware for troubleshooting purposes
• Ability to align supply chain practices with strategic goals of the organization
• Knowledge of segmentation strategies in supply chain management
• Committed to promoting sustainable practices within the supply chain
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus.
