HOURS:          8:00am - 4:30pm

PAY RATE:    $30/hr.

3+ Month Project

THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE IN FULTON, NY

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and global manufacturing and distribution organization to find a temporary employee to complete a 3+ month administrative project  This is an immediate need

If you have excellent administrative skills, Accounts Receivable experience, and are comfortable making collections calls, apply TODAY

Duties & responsibilities for the Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:
 

• Review open accounts to determine which accounts are behind on collections
• Conduct collections calls by following a pre-approved script and working with account holders to create payment plans
• Create and send invoices as well as process payments
• Provide timely follow up with account holders regarding the status of their repayment
• Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

 
Background Profile of the Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Accounts Receivable practices
• Previous experience making collections calls in a fast paced environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and diligently
• Strong attention to detail
