School Paraprofessional Needed In West Bend, WI

That is where ProCare Therapy can help We are a school contract staffing agency currently working with a wonderful school district near the West Bend, WIarea and actively seeking applicants for the districts full-time Special Education Teachers Assistant opening starting in October for the full 2024-2025 school year. Job Assignment Details:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $20-26/hr.
- Specific hourly pay rate is negotiable and will be discussed further during hiring process
- Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week (minimum)
- Assignment Length: October2024 June 2024
- Case Load Description:
- Chosen candidate will be assigned to either an elementary, middle school or high school caseload (depending on experience & preference).
- Paraprofessional are typically assigned to work with one student unless otherwise specified in interview process
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom support to assigned Special Education teacher in the district
- Assist students with behavioral management techniques throughout the day as needed
- Work 1-to-1 and in small group settings with student(s) in assigned caseload
Job Qualifications:
- Previous school paraprofessional experience preferred, but new grads & first timers arealso welcome
- Must provide 2 professional references & pass drug/background check
