Job Description
Join a global leader in emission and silencing solutions for stationary natural gas and diesel reciprocating engines. This company serves a variety of industries including power generators, marine (ships), gas turbines, and more.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed standards for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance.
- Perform duties such as spray painting, packaging, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Use tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes to assemble stated requirements.
- Process inspection, certification, and documentation.
- Maintain warehouse equipment.
- 2+ years of paint experience.
- Lead or supervising experience.
- Proficiency in the use of tools such as PCs, paint equipment, saws, nail guns, and cranes.
- Ability to lead a 5-person team on the 2nd shift.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is not temperature-controlled but does have numerous shipping doors open and a recently invested $400k air circulation system to provide better air quality. The facility is a metal shop, so expect it to be dirtier than typical environments.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prior Lake, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
