Job Title: Repair Test Technician

Shifts Available:

  • Day Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm (10 openings)
  • Swing Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am (6 openings)

Job Description:

As a Repair Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our cutting-edge server and networking solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Following detailed test process instructions (TPIs).
  • Performing tasks such as unpacking, packaging, moving servers or racks, labeling, and crating.
  • Reworking assemblies and systems based on testing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing servers and mechanical assemblies.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Documenting technical issues and findings.

Top Skills Required:

  • Experience with server repair and mechanical assemblies.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and TPIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.
  • Knowledge of basic office applications (word processors, spreadsheets, databases).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate findings in written form.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.00
