Practice Details:
- Holistic care based on the Dene’ Philosophy, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and social health.
- Comprehensive services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more.

Job Highlights:

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm or four 10-hour shifts.
- No call required.
Support Staff:
- Collaborate with a diverse team including CMAs, RN Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and more.
- Access to Cerner and Epic EMR systems for streamlined care.
Volume:
- Manage 12-14 patients per day..
- Provide outpatient-only care, with in-house lab services.
Financials & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary between $250,000 and $300,000 annually.
- $30,000 signing bonus and $30,000 retention bonus.
- Full relocation package, including housing assistance and 1 vehicle.
- Generous benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and 7% 401K match.
