Job Description: As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 skilled technicians. Your primary duties will include ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of electrical systems (480V), PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our production efficiency and ensuring the safety and reliability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 maintenance technicians.
  • Perform and oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems (480V).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems.
  • Manage hydraulic and pneumatic equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address equipment issues and improvements.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.
