Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Chimayo, New Mexico area for the 2024-2025 School Year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide behavioral support and interventions to students in a school setting.

Caseload: K-12
Location: Chimayo, New Mexico
School Year: 2024-2025

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• New Mexico State licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Previous experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement and monitor behavior interventions.
• Train and support staff on effective behavior management techniques.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
