Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk to support our client’s accounting team during a busy period. If you have intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and ERP software
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Provide support to the accounting team with various administrative and accounting tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to address and resolve accounting issues
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment


Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
