Responsibilities
- Consulting with business teams to gather requirements for strategic compliance initiatives
- Providing recommendations to improve compliance controls, conducts analysis and creates reports to help improve the company’s compliance related processes
- Is involved in the daily function of auditing closed files to insure compliance regulations and company policies have been properly enforced.
- May provide recommendations for process improvements or provide input for recommended IT enhancements that would support the elimination of compliance defects.
- Daily audits of compliance on closed loans.
Qualifications
- Communicates effectively verbally and non-verbally, and strong technical skills
- Demonstrated experience using advanced MS Office software features and techniques highly preferred
- Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience within UWM Compliance, Operations is highly preferred. Experience UWM Ops CI, Closing and CofC is ideal
- Organized individual that is capable of managing various projects simultaneously
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Mortgage banking
