Permeant Pharmacist

Soliant is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in Norwich, NY. This is a great position for both seasoned pharmacists and new hires eager to make a significant impact in the munity by delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy.
• Ensure pliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as pany policies.
• Oversee the pharmacy departments operations, focusing on achieving financial goals related to budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Engage in business development activities within the store and the local munity.
• Manage pharmacy support personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure all pharmacy associates plete required training and adhere to regulatory and pany policies.
• Participate in patient-centered services, including immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness programs.
• Provide expert counseling to patients and medical providers about medications, dosages, potential interactions, and side effects. Monitor patients' health to ensure pliance and optimize therapy.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with pany standards.
• plete continuing education programs as mandated by state law.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Active and clear NY Pharmacist license.
• Immunization Certification (required).
• Must be fortable administering all vaccines (required).
• Recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
