Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant to join the after-school programin Dover, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with students in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Details:

  • Location: Dover, MA
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
  • Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a student during the after-school program.
  • Assist in implementing activities that promote educational and social development.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure a positive and safe environment for all students.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Paraprofessional Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
  • Offer typically extended within 24-48 hours post-interview
