Job Title: General Laborer - Lawncare Equipment Testing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team , a leading manufacturer of lawncare equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for testing various lawncare machines and documenting their performance to ensure they meet our quality standards. This position is vital to our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Testing: Conduct hands-on testing of lawncare equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery, to assess functionality and performance.
  • Documentation: Accurately record test results, observations, and any anomalies in performance using standardized forms and software.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify potential issues and recommend improvements based on testing outcomes.
  • Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of testing equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support production goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a labor or manufacturing role preferred.
  • Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with lawncare equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific testing protocols.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
