Position: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Paraprofessional to support our educators and students. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to facilitate instruction, provide individualized assistance to students, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs.
  • Help students with assignments and ensure they understand the material.
  • Monitor and record student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans and educational materials.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and organizing classroom resources.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Basic puter skills and familiarity with educational technology.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
