Real Estate Paralegal

Join our team at a premier law firm in Chicago We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with a passion for providing exceptional service and a knack for detail. As part of our dynamic and creative team, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a professional environment and contribute to exciting development projects. If you have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience with title & survey review and loan documentation we want to hear from you Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
  • Draft legal documents related to real property
  • Review title work and surveys
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for closings
  • Communicate with clients
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
  • Paralegal certificate and Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products
  • Professionalism and ability to work under pressure
