Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for multiple Industrial Maintenance Mechanic positions in Solon, OH 

Shifts Available: 1st and 3rd

1st Shift = Monday-Friday / 7am-3pm

3rd Shift = Monday-Friday / 11pm-7am ($1.50 per hour shift differential)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, ACME machines, automation equipment, stamping presses and basic industrial machinery
  • Troubleshoot, modify, and repair production machinery and equipment
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair as required
  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering with process or equipment improvements
  • Ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required is preferred
  • Plan and perform sequence of work to install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of production and building equipment
  • Perform work on interior and exterior building/facilities equipment such as air compressors, HVAC units, lighting/fans and facilities restrooms
  • Move and install large machinery
  • Work from engineering drawings, schematics, work orders, manuals
  • Use basic hand and power tools, machine tools and precision measuring equipment

​Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or trade school preferred.
  • Previous experience in or with:
    • Ideally 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician Work
    • Basic knowledge of PLC’s / Basic Computer Skills
    • Working in fast-paced, multitasking environments to meet operational deadlines
  •  Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • CMMS knowledge
  • Use basic hand and power tools, machine tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
