We are seeking a skilled Machine/Assembly Operators to join our team. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18- $19/hour. You will work on a 2-2-3 schedule with shifts available during the day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am). Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing visual inspections, troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime, completing preventative maintenance, inspecting random production samples, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing other assigned duties. This role requires a strong desire to learn, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to represent strong business acumen.

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Hebron, Kentucky.
Work EnvironmentThe packaging facility is family-owned and has an excellent reputation. While the facility is extremely clean, it is not climate-controlled, making it warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Fans are available to keep the environment breezy during the warmer months.
