We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Benefits Specialist, located in Greenfield, Indiana, United States. This position will require fully on-site presence. As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering benefit programs, ensuring effective communication with employees, and maintaining a close relationship with our payroll team.


Responsibilities:


• Answer employee inquiries regarding benefit programs and policies, providing high-quality customer service.

• Use ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for processing and managing benefits-related tasks.

• Oversee benefits claim administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.

• Administer COBRA and manage associated procedures.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data.

• Assist the Benefits Manager in various tasks and projects as required.

• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer relationships and interactions.

• Participate in benefits-related meetings, both virtual and on-site.

• Collaborate closely with the payroll team, facilitating a smooth exchange of information.

• Stay updated on changes and trends in benefits administration and related regulations.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Competent in using CRM software
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Understands and can perform Benefit Functions
• Skilled in Claim Administration
• Experience in Cobra Administration
• Excellent Communication skills
