Hours: 8:30-3:05 (M-F)

ProCare Therapy is looking to fill a Paraprofessional contract job near Coatesville, PA, This is a full-time position with weekly pay As a paraprofessional you will be working with students as a general class aid. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team and contribute to the success of our students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with supervision, activities and students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Candidates should understand students with behavioral and mental health needs in public school setting
• Help develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
• Assist with behavioral management and support a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Must have PA clearances
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $17-24. (Pay Range dependent on candidates experience and school districts budget)
