Compensation: $120-145k

Summary

This employee owned national firm is seeking a civil project manager with an interest in residential and other site civil design (healthcare, military, hospitality, education, recreation). This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to a range of project scales and types, paired with dedicated career progress plans.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for...

  • Overseeing the day-to-day coordination of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, and stormwater pollution prevention plans
  • Lead the planning and feasibility studies, geometric design schematics, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for development projects
  • Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects

The Civil Engineer should have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
  • PE License in California (or plan to receive within 6 months of employment)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
