Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive multi-channel campaigns that help communicate complex ideas through visually compelling designs. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative and original content across internal communications, digital platforms, and branded social media.

In this position, you will work closely with strategic and creative partners to ideate, develop, and direct creative assets. You will produce multimedia content for both print and digital channels, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, compliance, and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and direct creative assets for internal communications and social media platforms.
• Ideate, develop, and execute design concepts from initial concept to final delivery.
• Produce multimedia assets for both print and digital channels, including social media and internal communications.
• Troubleshoot technical design issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Participate in meetings to discuss creative progress, deliver presentations, and gather requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and share design and internal communications best practices with team members.
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and web policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (In design, Photos hop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Power point, Word, Excel).
• Experience in developing graphics for social media, internal communications, and multimedia channels.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to lead creative processes from concept to completion.
• Experience in gathering design requirements, pitching concepts, and delivering the final product.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across large organizations.
• Promen ability to create persuasive and clear visual presentations.
