Direct Hire, Career Opportunity

Pay: $20/hour ; Overtime: $30/hour

Shift: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Location: Rockaway, NJ

Type of Position: Permanent/Direct Hire

Job Description

1. Picking and packing on a daily basis to ensure customer orders are shipped as required

2. Ensuring products are labelled and packed correctly, ready for dispatch, and shipping orders on ERP on the same/correct day.

3. Operate sit-down forklift

4. Using internet-based courier systems to book and arrange collections.

5. Counting and quality checking items received and matching them to delivery advice.

6. Ensuring goods are unpacked, put away, and correctly located.

7. Performing weekly cycle counts and investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

8. Loading and unloading inventory receipts and shipments.

9. Completing assembly orders and kitting for relevant SKUs/Bundles.

10. Reworking stock when required.

11. Meeting On Time in Full Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) requirements.

12. Adhering to Health and Safety rules and best practices.

13. Ensuring that all activities are controlled in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
