ProCare Therapy has a contract School Nurse opening for an excellent school district in Lansing, Illinois. If we find the right candidate to fill the position, there is an opportunity of renewing for the next school year.

Responsibilities:

As a School LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare support within the educational setting. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborating with school staff to address health-related concerns.
  • Conducting health assessments and maintaining accurate health records.
  • Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
  • 1:1 role
  • Bus riding
  • Medically Fragile

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents.
