Here is the Job Description (Handyperson):

1.) Handyperson Expanded Responsibilities:
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Beyond routine maintenance, the Handyperson is expected to diagnose issues, developing comprehensive repair strategies that minimize downtime on small work requests.
- Customer Interaction: This role often involves direct communication with clients, requiring strong customer service skills to assess needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Project Management: In addition to task execution, the Handyperson may be responsible for planning and coordinating small-scale projects, including managing materials, tasks, and time efficiently.
- Learning Opportunities: This position offers the chance to learn from experienced professionals, and gain skills in various trades that can lead to career advancement.
- Safety Stewardship: In addition to following safety protocols, the Handyperson is encouraged to actively contribute to a safe working environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards.

Work Environment:
- Versatility: The Handyperson will work in diverse settings, from residential homes to commercial buildings, requiring adaptability and a broad skill set.

2.) Schedule:

M-F 9am arrival - daily debrief - theremay not be daily work, but they could be scheduled any day between Monday and Friday 9-approx. 5pm(we would start with a few hours a week and ramp up from there once we know they can handle the work responsibilites).
