Looking for people to join during the Open Enrollment Period to assist with insurance verification, enrollment and renewal of patient insurance policies from November to January

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, or insurance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software programs

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about programs, courses, or healthcare plans.
  • Assist individuals in completing applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all applications are complete and correct.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of enrollee information.
  • Help applicants understand and navigate financial aid or insurance processes.
  • Address and resolve any enrollment problems or discrepancies.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Keep up with changes in enrollment procedures or regulations

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages or this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
