Position Overview:
As an ER RN, you will be on the front lines of patient care, providing critical, life-saving treatment to individuals in urgent need. This role requires quick thinking, strong clinical skills, and a mitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in emergency situations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes rapidly.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during stressful situations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing (Pennsylvania license or pact license).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC is a plus).
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong munication and teamwork skills.
