This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, enhancing the learning experience for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

In this role, you will collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals. Your proficiency in ASL will be crucial in facilitating effective communication and ensuring that each student receives the best possible educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with daily activities and learning tasks.
• Support classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans.
• Facilitate communication between students and staff using ASL.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
