The primary function is to meticulously apply textured vinyl to CNC cut models and reproduce grain patterns in resin molds. The ability to produce virtually unnoticeable grain and surface repairs enables us to produce top quality nickel molds for our customers.

  • Glue must be perfectly uniform across the vinyl and model.
  • Any grain distortion should be gradual and consistent.
  • Cut vinyl accurately with no seam, gaps, or bumps.
  • Stretching of the vinyl must be done without excessive grain distortion.
  • The wrapped model must pass inspection with a magnifying glass.
  • Ability to meet and discuss quality concerns with customers while also exercising discretion.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
