This role is within the logistics industry and will involve providing administrative support within a warehouse environment. The job function will encompass tasks such as data entry, order processing, label printing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately inputting data into relevant systems
• Processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Printing labels and managing inventory to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Managing packages and preparing them for shipment
• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs
• Utilizing CRM system for customer service and record keeping
• Handling inbound customer service calls and resolving inquiries
• Preparing shipping documentation in accordance with UPS Shipping standards
• Physically handling packages, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience with answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with shipping documentation procedures
• Knowledge of UPS shipping procedures and guidelines
• Ability to handle and organize record labels efficiently
• Proficient in data entry with a focus on numeric data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or software as needed
