Shift Timings and Pay:

1st shift = 6 am - 2.30 pmand the pay is $22/hr weekly pay on W2 plus benefits of (Medical, Vision and Dental)

2nd shift 2 pm - 10.30 pm and the pay is $24.50/hr weekly pay on W2 plus benefits of (Medical, Vision and Dental)

3rd shift = 10:00 pm-6:30 am and the pay is $26/hr weekly pay on W2 plus benefits of (Medical, Vision and Dental)

Job Description

  • Machine operator for activities related to RFID Technology. DL/ID personalization, Card Body and eCovers in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery while continuously monitoring the quality of output and machine performance.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards of work station.
  • Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
  • Perform small machine adjustments using company-supplied hand tools and other supplies as needed to ensure product quality and production speed.
  • Production, Quality Inspection and Mailing of materials and finished goods
  • Maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Document and audit logs for production, inventory receipt of raw materials, ISO controls and finished goods
  • Stock materials and preparation for production
  • Weekly cleaning of shop floor; sweeping, trash.
  • Responsible and accountable for personal work time with ability to focus on details for long periods.

Skills

  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office including typing and excel.
  • Ability to prioritize the workload.

Education

  • High School degree with 1-3 year's related experience
