Type: Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Indianapolis, IN. This position is perfect for an RN experienced in OASIS documentation and proficient with Homecare Homebase software. Deliver patient-focused care while working in a supportive and dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans to address patient needs
  • Provide nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on self-care techniques and health management strategies

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Indiana
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
