Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is an opportunity for those who excel in a hands-on, busy environment and wish to contribute directly to the growth of our company. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of financial activities, including balance sheet accounts reconciliation, journal entries preparation, periodic analyses of discrepancies, and production of schedules for monthly closing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Preparation of journal entries
• Analyzing discrepancies and resolving financial discrepancies by investigating documentation
• Preparation of schedules for monthly close
• Management of AMEX credit card charges and coding
• Providing backup for Accounts Payable as needed

Ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and an inquisitive nature.

This role offers a hybrid work opportunity, with a flexible working arrangement that includes three days in office and two days working remotely, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience in a similar senior accounting role
• Proficiency with accounting software and excellent computer skills, SAP Business 1 is a Plus.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
