Location: Grapevine TX./Irving TX

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR.

Shift: First Shift

Description:

We're hiring now for Customer Service Agent in Irving, TX/Grapevine area

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create operating records for scheduled and ad-hoc truck routes in company systems.

• Coordinate the recovery of cargo from CFS facilities or third-party locations for induction into the Ground Network.

• Prepare paperwork for the transfer of freight within the network, including load manifests and bills of lading.

• Manage system updates and ensure accurate data entry.

• Receive and inspect inbound network freight and transfer freight as needed.

• Identify potential operational delays and capacity constraints within the ground network.

• Assist in enacting contingencies to expand ad-hoc capacity, including rerouting and arranging additional trucks as necessary.

• Record system delays and perform root cause analysis as required.

• Support documentation, including processing consolidations in export and import systems and monitoring workflows.

• Ensure service provider equipment is in place at regional branches to facilitate operations.

• Perform service provider reviews and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience in warehousing or freight terminal operations is preferred.

• Experience with operating systems and MS Windows Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting, including standing for extended periods and handling freight.
