Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Permanent Bookkeeper for a service based organization located in the Schnecksville, PA area. As Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for tasks related to keeping financial records and budget management. The selected candidate will be expected to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide financial reports to the management team.

Responsibilities:
• Handling financial transactions and recording them in QuickBooks.
• Maintaining and updating the chart of accounts and journal entries.
• Generating invoices and ensuring timely collection of revenue.
• Managing the payment of bills and account reconciliation.
• Conducting bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Preparing the budget framework and collecting budget information from the team.
• Providing financial reports for review by the management team and Board of Directors.
• Supporting leadership and staff with administrative tasks and projects.
• Ensuring office policies are in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles
• Competence in Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of Payroll processing
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
