School Year: 2024/2025 (Starting ASAP - June 2025)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Windsor, VT. This role involves providing speech and language therapy services to a K-12 population across two nearby school sites. The position is onsite only, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and student needs.
  • Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders and track student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Offer guidance and support to school staff and families to enhance students speech and language development.
  • Manage a caseload effectively across two close-together school sites.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Vermont Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively onsite and manage a caseload across multiple school sites.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of students and the school environment.
