Summary: Join our dynamic and compassionate team as a Program Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple sponsored homes for adults with intellectual disabilities. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing essential support through home visits. Success In This Role Looks Like:

  • Overseeing services and support coordination for multiple sponsored homes in the community.
  • Providing effective supervision and empowerment to direct care staff, fostering a team-oriented service delivery model.
  • Ensuring the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for residents, focusing on their holistic growth.
  • Acting as a liaison between families, employers, and community resources to facilitate residents' success and integration.
  • Maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation standards, and agency policies in all residential homes.
  • Supporting the social, spiritual, and moral development of residents, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
  • Ensuring host families in sponsored homes are up-to-date with required training and certifications.
  • Managing the program's budget and providing timely reporting to maintain operational excellence.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with adults with intellectual disabilities, their families, and other service providers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Individual Support Plans, with a focus on person-centered care.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities and support coordination services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and compliance.
  • A commitment to empowering and supporting team members, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Some experience working in the field of developmental disabilities.
  • Meets Federal requirements to be a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP).
