This role entails supporting our operations by facilitating the efficient flow of materials within the organization. This is a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the delivery of materials including tubing, needles, syringes, PPE, masks, gloves, etc. to different departments within the hospital.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the distribution center/warehouse.
• Manage inventory and restock warehouse as necessary.
• Process and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.
• Support back-office operations and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to the dress code by wearing provided scrubs.
• Maintain a high level of activity, standing and moving for the majority of the day.
• Assist with weekend work schedules as needed, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Conduct all duties in accordance with the established schedule, which can be either 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm from Monday to Friday.
• Participate in in-person interviews to assess suitability for the role and familiarize with the environment.• Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software is essential.
• Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or social assistance setting is preferred.
• Ability to provide back office support, including managing files, tracking expenses, and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
