Part-Time Audiologist School Based Job in Kansas City, MO

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and dedicated Audiologist for a part-time position in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will work with students from PreK through 12th grade to assess and treat hearing impairments, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed academically. Position Details:

  • Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
  • Caseload: PreK 12th grade
  • Location: Kansas City, MO
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students
  • Provide individualized audiology services, including fitting hearing aids and recommending assistive devices
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement appropriate accommodations
  • Maintain detailed records of assessments, services, and progress reports
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to families and school teams to support students hearing and communication needs

Qualifications:

  • Active Audiologist license in Missouri
  • Experience working with PreK 12th grade students is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students, parents, and school staff
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
